Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This policy explains how Launch Cycle collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the PDPA).

1. Who we are

Launch Cycle is the trading name of RA Digital Solutions Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202417401E), a company registered in Singapore. Our registered office is 5 Tanjong Pagar Plaza, #06-03, Singapore 081005.

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean RA Digital Solutions Pte. Ltd. "You" means anyone whose personal data we handle: visitors to launchcycle.biz, people who enquire about our services, our clients' staff, and our suppliers' staff.

This policy doesn't cover our own employees.

2. The personal data we collect

What you give us

- When you fill in the form on our Reach Out page: your name, email address, phone number, company name, company website, the service you're interested in, and your message.
- When you book or join a meeting with us: your name, email, company and what you tell us in the meeting. If we'd like to record or transcribe a meeting, we'll tell you first.
- When you become a client or supplier: contact details, billing details, contract information, and the logins or access you give us to run your accounts.
- When you email or message us: whatever you choose to include.

What we collect automatically on our website

Our website uses cookies and similar tools. They collect your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit, how long you stay, where you came from, and how you move around a page. Section 5 lists each tool.

What we get from other sources

We may collect business contact details from public sources such as company websites and LinkedIn, from sales tools such as Apollo.io, and from people who refer you to us.

Most of the PDPA doesn't apply to business contact information, meaning your name, job title and work contact details given for business purposes. We still protect it the same way as the rest of your data.

3. How we use your personal data

We use it to:

- reply to your enquiry and send you proposals
- set up and run meetings
- deliver the services you've hired us for and manage our contract with you
- invoice you and keep proper accounting and tax records
- understand how people use our website so we can improve it
- measure and improve our own advertising
- send you updates about our services, where you've agreed or the law allows it (see section 6)
- meet our legal obligations and protect our legal rights

We won't use your personal data for a purpose we haven't told you about, unless you agree or the law allows it.

4. Consent

We ask for your consent before we collect, use or share your personal data, unless the PDPA lets us do otherwise. For example, we may rely on:

- Deemed consent, when you give us your details for an obvious purpose. If you fill in our enquiry form, we take it you want us to reply.
- Contractual necessity, when we need to pass your data to someone else to deliver what you've asked for.
- Legitimate interests or business improvement, where the PDPA allows them. Before relying on either, we check that the benefit outweighs any adverse effect on you.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us (section 17). We'll stop within a reasonable time and tell you if it affects what we can do for you. Withdrawing doesn't undo what happened before, and it doesn't stop us keeping data the law requires us to keep.

5. Cookies and tracking tools

We load these tools on launchcycle.biz through Google Tag Manager:

| Tool | Provider | What it does |
| Google Analytics 4 | Google | Counts visits and shows how people use the site |
| Google Ads conversion linker | Google | Tells us which of our Google ads brought people to the site |
| Meta Pixel | Meta | Measures our Facebook and Instagram ads, and lets us show ads to people who've visited the site |
| Hotjar | Hotjar | Records clicks, scrolls and mouse movement, and builds heatmaps, so we can see which parts of a page work |
| Apollo.io website tracker | Apollo | May identify the company you work for from your IP address, and may match your visit to a business profile Apollo already holds |

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and the site still works if you do. You can also opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, change your ad settings in Facebook or Instagram, or ask Hotjar or Apollo through their own privacy pages. Or write to us and we'll pass your request on.

6. Marketing messages

We only send marketing emails or messages if you've agreed or the law allows it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can write to us.

Before we call or text a Singapore number with a marketing message, we check the Do Not Call Registry. The only exceptions are when you've given us clear consent or an exemption applies.

7. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal data. We only share it with:

- our related company, Launch Cycle Digital Advertising LLP in India, whose team helps deliver our services
- service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email and document tools, CRM and sales tools, meeting and e-signature tools, analytics tools, and our accountants and corporate secretary
- advertising and technology platforms such as Google and Meta, when we run campaigns or measure our own ads
- professional advisers such as lawyers and auditors
- authorities, when the law requires it
- a buyer or investor, under confidentiality, if all or part of our business is sold or restructured

Our service providers can only use your data to do work for us.

8. Transfers outside Singapore

Some of our team work from India and Malaysia. Many of the tools we use store data on servers outside Singapore, including in the United States.

When we transfer personal data out of Singapore, we make sure the recipient protects it to a standard comparable to the PDPA. We do this through contracts, the provider's own binding commitments, or other safeguards the PDPA recognises.

9. When we handle data for our clients

When we run marketing for a client, we often handle personal data that belongs to them, such as their customers' details in an ad account, CRM or analytics tool. For that data we act as a data intermediary. We follow the client's instructions, and the client's own privacy policy applies. If you're a customer of one of our clients, please contact that client about your data.

10. How we protect your data

We use reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, copying, change, loss or destruction. That includes access controls and limiting access to the people who need it for their work.

No system is completely secure. Section 12 explains what we do if there's a breach.

11. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, or as long as the law requires. As a guide:

- enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 2 years from our last contact
- client and supplier records, contracts and invoices: 5 years after the relationship ends, to meet Singapore's accounting and tax rules
- website analytics data: for the period set in each tool

After that, we delete or anonymise it.

12. Data breaches

We'll notify the Personal Data Protection Commission if a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, or affects 500 or more people. We'll do it within 3 calendar days of deciding it must be reported. If the breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we'll tell you too, as soon as we can.

13. Your rights

You can ask us to:

- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and how we've used or shared it in the past year
- correct personal data that's wrong or incomplete
- stop using your data, by withdrawing consent

Email us at the address in section 17. We'll reply as soon as we reasonably can. If we need more than 30 days, we'll tell you within 30 days when to expect an answer. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests, and we'll tell you the amount first. In a few situations the law lets us decline a request. If that happens, we'll explain why.

14. Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

15. Other websites

Our website links to other sites, such as our social media pages. We're not responsible for how those sites handle your data.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change affects how we use your data in a significant way, we'll say so on our website.

17. Contact us

Our Data Protection Officer handles privacy questions, requests and complaints.
