Launch began with a question about people, not platforms

We started Launch because we were tired of seeing businesses treated like dashboards.
Marketing had become obsessed with platforms, tactics and algorithms. Everyone was chasing the next hack, the next trend, the next channel. But beneath every click, search, scroll and conversion, there is still a human making a decision.
That's where we chose to begin. The brands that grow

Founder & CEO
For over 13 years, Raghav has helped businesses across the APAC region turn growth ambitions into measurable business outcomes. Having led growth initiatives across organizations including Boston Consulting Group, PropertyGuru Group, and Care Health Insurance, Raghav brings a practical understanding of what it takes to build, optimize, and scale modern marketing engines. At Launch, he leads growth strategy, performance systems, and behavioural intelligence initiatives across client engagements.

Siva brings a deep understanding of commercial growth, customer behaviour, and strategic decision-making across some of APAC's most competitive industries.
